Henry's class has been talking a lot about Thanksgiving lately. All the kids decorated leaves and turkey feathers for their newest bulletin board.
They also discussed what they're thankful for. Last year, Henry was thankful for cheese. This year, he is thankful for toys.
Yesterday was Henry's Thanksgiving feast at school. It was a kids-only event, which worked out perfectly since I was busy at Will's field day. We made a pumpkin pie to contribute to the party and Henry came home with this cute pilgrim hat. 
Will has school today and then we're excited to have five days off to relax, eat good food, spend time with family and give thanks for all we have.
