There was plenty of food, so Henry even got his own plate. Yum!Here's a shot of Will and his best girl, Chloe. Amazingly, Chloe looks perfectly clean after her meal but Will's face looks like a road map of his lunch and he's got marker on his cheek. Go figure. When we got home, the first thing Will wanted to do was open up his Valentine's box, choose a piece of candy and read the card. The first treat he found was from Kateri, and he just said, "That's so sweet of her!" as he munched his Rice Krispie treat.During the party, the kids had were so focused on their food that we never even got to the craft project! We sent them home, so hopefully some of those many many paper plate hearts that I prepped are hanging in homes right now. We decorated lots and lots of hearts at our house. We painted some of them, and then we put stickers all over them. And here's the result. We have seven hearts hanging from the chandelier.
Happy Valentine's Day!
