Snacktime

My boys love to eat, and I have so many pictures of them eating. Last weekend proved no exception. We went to Austin, and of course, we snacked often!
We broke up the drive to Austin by stopping for snacks outside of Columbus at a cute little park. You can't tell from the photos, but it was really cold and windy and, for some reason, I chose a picnic table that was in the shade. Brrr!
Doesn't Henry look so big sitting here all by himself?
We had stopped by my in-laws' house on our way out of town, and Nancy loaded us up with some cookies from a family friend up in Michigan. Siham is a fantastic cook, so it is a real treat to get these yummy sesame cookies from her.
As you can see, the boys adore them.
This was also our first trip in my new car. Here's a pic if you haven't seen it yet! It was a great travel car (once we figured out that the navigation was set to avoid freeways, which is not what you want when you are driving to Austin!).
After we got to Mike and Jess's house and got the boys down for a short nap, we all walked over to their neighborhood park for our second snack of the day.
Here they have finished the snack I packed and are eagerly eyeing their cousin Mary's treats.
Fortunately, Aunt Jess packed enough for everyone, so my big boys didn't literally take candy (or graham crackers, as the case may be) from a baby!
