Mike and Jess have a great backyard for play, so we spent hours outside,
running,
balancing,
tossing the football,

showing off our treasures,
playing in the sand table,
sitting awhile,

pulling on a rope,
and making knots, like pirates do.
But I think Daddy found the best way to enjoy the backyard:
with a beer in the hammock!
