Chocolate-peanut butter smoothies are the boys' current favorite. And I don't feel the least bit guilty for indulging them because they are actually very healthy! We blend together a couple handfuls of ice, a cup or so of milk, a generous tablespoon of peanut butter, one very ripe banana and a couple of teaspoons of cocoa powder for the three of us. They are sweet (but with zero added sugar!) and icy and just the perfect treat on a hot summer day.
But maybe even better than the yummy smoothies are these precious faces. Will lost his shirt during the battle of the smoothie dribbles.
