Fridays

On Fridays, Will only goes to school for three hours, so Henry and I hang out in Kingwood, running errands and spending time with my parents. Last Friday was a gorgeous day, so we all went outside to play and take a walk. My dad got on the swings at the park across the street from their house, while Henry played in the leaves. He is knee-high here! The boys love to walk down to the tunnels and hear their voices echo!
At noon, we pick up Will at school and return to Gramma and Grampa's house for lunch, a video or two, and more time outside exploring! We headed back on the exact same walk we took in the morning, but this time the boys pretended they were T-rexes!
We ended up back at the park where everybody went for a swing
before heading back inside to read books with Gramma and explore some maps with Grampa.
Fridays can be hard if the boys are over-tired and cranky after a busy week, but last Friday was the perfect day. Everyone was happy and no one wanted to go home!
