Christmas with Gramma and Grampa

We celebrated Christmas with my parents on the 23rd, which in Denmark and Norway is Lille Julaften (literally little Christmas Eve), when Scandinavians begin the Christmas celebrations. For our boys, it's fun to spread out the holiday cheer (and presents!).

This year, we did all our presents before dinner, which made for a very relaxed meal. We enjoyed balsamic-glazed pork, roasted carrots and broccoli, mashed potatoes, and a freshly baked baguette.
