Fridays

Fridays are the best. No homework, no school the next day, no worries about anything. The boys got haircuts on Friday and then we spent over an hour at one of our favorite neighborhood parks. It was warm (about 85*) but it was so breezy and cloudy that it was the perfect day to be outside.

The boys ran
and played in the sand. And then, because I was too lazy to cook, we stopped by Pinks Pizza on the way home to get dinner. It is so nice to have a yummy pizza parlor four blocks from our house, just in case Gene's not around to make us one of his famous pies. And I love their sign! So excited for pizza dinner. The only thing missing was Daddy... but he's home now!
